It was the best activity I did during my entire trip. I love that you offered pick-up straight from the hotel, in comparison to most tour. The transport was comfortable and smooth, the schedule was perfect to prevent rush hour on site. The restaurant was delicious! My only regret is that I could’ve spent an entire day floating and going down the canal. Thank you for working with me when the original activity I booked was no longer available because of lack of participant. It was the best outcome because I got to do the best itinerary! What a beautiful and genuine ceremony and experience. I don’t speak Spanish but thankfully my partner speaks enough he was able to translate for me. Halfway through the sweat, our shaman asked if we had any intentions for the hopes and future of our relationship. Right then my, then, boyfriend asked me to Marry him inside the Temazcal. We are now engaged! Thank you for making the experience that much more unique and special!

The tour was authentic, welcoming, culturally rich, and an all around amazing time. Thank you so much for having us! We felt so clean, pure, strong, inspired, and full of wonder after the ceremony. To get the most out of the experience, you must surrender and fully immerse yourself in the ceremony, set proper intentions, and lose yourself in it. The ceremony was spoken in Spanish rather than just Mayan so we could understand. If you only speak English, you will want a translator.

Our guide Ventura, was extremely well informed on the Tulum ruins. Other guides called hem “Professor Ventura” and he knew everybody. Extremely professional and very polite to my family. It is predominantly in Spanish. Bring a translator if you don’t know the language. This was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. BUT, you should walk into this with an open mind and open heart. You will only get what you put in. The meal they provided was AMAZING and the people of the Mayan village are WONDERFUL!

We absolutely loved this tour. Our group had adults as well as kids ages 5-12, we were 11 total, so had a private tour. Our guide Ceasar was amazing and this couldn't have turned out better. The kids loved the ziplines, the private Cenote cave tours were beautiful and underground. The lunch was fantastic! Honestly, super happy with the experience (and we were in Mexico for a month and did something every day.. they really do a great job here!!!)

We did the total tour, with Ziplining, ATV's and Cenotes. It was a blast. They take pictures throughout that are top notch quality and reasonably priced. I had read previous reviews that the stairs to go ziplining are awful, and yes you do have to climb stairs, but it's not bad at all!! The ziplines were awesome and the crew fun to be around. The ATV portion was really fun but my recommendation would be to split your group into folks who want to take the course at a slower pace and folks that want to be more adventurous and go faster as our guide kept having to slow down or stop every so often so others could catch up. The cenotes were WONDERFUL!! Had such a good time and the cool water felt good after a hot day of zip lining and ATVing. afterwards they serve you homemade empanadas with a cold coke. They were really good! Lastly, but not least, they have tames monkeys roaming the property and they were so fun to interact with and take pictures. overall it was a really fun day!

This was a once in a lifetime event. I will cherish the memory of the ceremony and the kind way the Shaman and the guide walked me through it. The food was amazing and although I still need to practice my tortilla making. The cenote was wonderful as well. I felt so relaxed after the ceremony and to then be allowed to swim and just be there in this quaint village was truly appreciated.

This was a truly memorable experience. We were welcomed into the community with open arms. We learned so much about the Mayan culture, at amazing food and had a once in a lifetime experience. The other people in our group were annoying. Not sure if there's a way to keep it a little more separate? Staff were great and helpful. The cenotes were awesome. Not a fan of not being able to take our cameras, and that you make us buy photos (we still did not.. seems like a waste for everyone involved?)

We had such an incredible experience at Dos Palmas. We did the Temazcal & Cenote. It was absolutely the highlight of our trip. We are a group of 13 visiting Tulum for a Yoga Retreat. We were immediately welcomed into the beautiful Mayan village. Our tour guide Eduardo and his wife Norma were so sweet to us, their hospitality was exceptional. The Temazcal and sacred ceremony was one of the most incredible experiences of my entire life. It was magical, we truly released all of the bad within us, set new intentions and enjoyed every single moment of being at Dos Palmas. Highly, highly recommend this experience to anyone and everyone!

Great tour. When we saw the other groups come back for lunch, we were surprised at how many people there were. You did a great job of alternating groups so that people were not on top of one another. The lunch and coffee were great. Love the fact that there was no up-selling.

This tour was exceptional. We were a pretty big group of 9 people and every one of us had a fantastic experience! Our guide picked us up at the resort on time, was super friendly and understanding and showed us three beautiful cenotes. We had plenty of time at each location and he had organized our timeline such that we were the only people at each of the cenotes we visited. Lunch was incredible. We ate in a huge, gorgeous palapa where local women prepared our food fresh; every one of our kids (there were six, several picky eaters) went back for another helping. Definitely one of the best tours we have experienced in the three times we have visited Playa del Carmen

Mi familia y yo nos pasamos el tiempo muy bien en Cenotes Zapote. Nos divertimos mucho en los cenotes nadando y disfrutando la naturaleza. La comida en el restaurante era muy deliciosa y el precio básico para entrar era económico. Le recomiendo a todos que visiten Cenotes Zapote que es un lugar excelente y divertido.
