Cenote Yaxmuul
Yax-Muul is a natural park located just about 15 minutes north of Tulum. This beautiful park offers a mayan ritual and 2 crystaline underground cenotes, not well know yet, no noises, no crowds!
The first cenoce you will visit is called Yax-Muul, it is an underground cenote decored with many stalactites and a play of lights that will make your experience really amazing, the second one is called Sac Tuunich surrounded by beautiful flora and faune and where you can enjoy a real mayan ritual, the water is very clear and shallow.
The access from the Highway 307 is about 3 kilometres along a dirt track road, so you must considerer coming on car or walking.
Yax-Muul Cenote is open from Monday to Sunday from 9:00 am to 4:00

- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
- Please, don´t use sunblock.
- Don't leave any trash in the cenote or in the jungle.
- Bring some extra cash for additional expenses.
- Always wear the life jacket provided by the guide.
- Please, follow guides' instructions.
- Please, do not touch stalagmites and stalactites.
- You can bring your own food because there is no restaurant at the park.
