Payment methods

We accept all payment methods through PayPal such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and cash - wire transfer or bank deposit- if this is the case, you must contact us by phone or email.

All the rates shown in American dollars will be charged to your credit card in Mexican pesos according to the current exchange rate. This could result in a variation of up to 5% of the rate shown in our website. CenotesWorld is not responsible for this fluctuation, which you accept to be aware of and agree at the moment you pay.

If you use your credit card, the system will assign you a reference number at the end of the process. You will be sent a booking confirmation code to the email you provided in the reservation form once your data is validated.

At the moment of introducing your credit card information and booking, you are accepting you have read and understood all the website policies, including the cancellation policies and responsibility denial.

Rates

All the rates published in our website https://cenotesworld.com are only valid at the moment you budget; and these can change without notice or previous warning. Thus, they are only guaranteed at the moment you buy. All our rates are in pesos and dollars; however, they will be charged in Mexican pesos. The possible conversion between the card issuing bank and PayPal it may result in a fluctuation on your account status, CenotesWorld IS NOT responsible for it. At the moment of paying through our payment interface, you are accepting you have read our policies, being aware of the possible fluctuation, and agree on paying in Mexican pesos.

Booking status

Unsettled booking: when a booking is unsettled is not yet confirmed. It means that the payment for the services is still in a validation process and/or the required documents have not been sent.

Confirmed booking: when the booking status is confirmed it means that the payment is already validated, confirmed, and you have been assigned with the corresponding booking confirmation code. This code will be sent to your email in a coupon and you will have to print it and present it when you make use of the services you paid for.

When you book, you are authorizing the charge to your credit card and you are accepting all the site policies.

Cancellation Policies

  • Any cancellation with 24hrs or less to the scheduled date of tour have a penality 100% and any refund can not be posible.
  • Any cancellation with more 24hrs to the scheduled date of tour have a penality 5% of total paid.
  • It will be considered a cancellation if you decide not to finish your visit or not to make use of all the services included, and there will not be refund.
  • Cancellations of groups made 15 days before the scheduled date will have a charge of 30 % from the total amount.
  • Cancellations of groups made from 5 to 14 days before the scheduled date will have a charge of 50% from the total amount.
  • Cancellations of groups made from 0 to 4 days before the scheduled date will have a charge of 100 % from the total amount.
  • Any reservation that has been rescheduled with 24hrs or less to the original tour date which the reservation was created may be cancelled, however, any refund can not be possible. You may reschedule your reservation as many times as you wish as long as the rates do not increase, in case of an increase you must cover the corresponding difference.

For CenotesWorld, a group is defined as a total amount of 10 or more people.

Reschedule Policy

If you want to reschedule your visit you should inform CenotesWorld by email or phone 4 or more days before the scheduled date. The new date will be subject to the provider’s availability. You will not be able to reschedule 3 or fewer days before your programed date.

Any change in the schedule or cancellation will have to be requested through email at info@cenotesworld.com or by phone 0529983979251 according to the availability of the place.

No show

For CenotesWorld, No show means that you didn’t attend to your visit in the date and time previously scheduled.

There is no refund in this situation.

Responsibility denial

CenotesWorld is a web portal that only offers booking services for tours. It is an intermediary between the service providers and the costumer. As a result, CenotesWorld IS NOT responsible for any omission made by the service providers or for their facilities and/or equipment conditions.

CenotesWorld informs:

  • The photos and pictures included in our website are merely illustrative and this is not a guaranty that you will find the place exactly as it´s shown.
  • All the information and descriptions are constantly updated; however we cannot assure you will see the same at your arrival.

CenotesWorld is not responsible for the loss of service in any of these cases:

  • Sicknesess or health problems, robbery, assault, mechanical problems, goverment actions, weather conditions or any other factor, external to CenotesWorld.
  • The inability to travel or use the paid services due to a lack of personal documents (e.g. visa, passport, birth certificate) since it is the client’s responsibility to have them.
  • Customer misunderstandings in tracking instructions of date, time and place.
  • CenotesWorld reserves the right to cancel or modify the services according to its consideration, and it will look for a similar service to replace it. When CenotesWorld would have to cancel all the paid services its only responsibility will be limited to a 100% refund.
  • A 100% refund will be impossible when the services have to be cancelled, interrupted and/or postponed for any reason that is out of CenotesWorld control, including, but not limited to: weather conditions, earthquakes, terrorism, etc. In any of these cases, CenotesWorld could charge up to a 15 % of the total amount for administrative expenses.

Due to the internet and electronic media nature used to announce the providers’ services, it may be possible that some of the prices shown have expired at the moment you book or buy. If the actual price is more expensive than the initial budget, you will be contacted to be informed of the situation and you will be told the right price, thus you can pay the missing part. If you decide cancelling the service because of the price increase CenotesWorld and the providers will be not responsible of your decision which will not lead to a compensation or refund in any circumstance.

Information management

CenotesWorld is a website that works in an electronic basis, therefore when you introduce and record your information; you are subject to receive advertising, promo and /or newsletters by email or phone. CenotesWorld will not sell, published or disclose your personal information under no circumstance.
